RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.
 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Exchange items that has been worn, washed or altered in anyway will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and call us at (+94) 777 675 866, or email returns@primeclo.com.

Once your request is approved by our team, our courier will pick up the exchange item from your doorstep. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered.

If you wish to mail the return parcel on your own, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
 

EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 20-30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges can only be done to items at a similar price point to the one you want to exchange. We do not refund if there is any balance from the original order.

REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for refund.
 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
 

Please Note:

● We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items, except to the available sizes or colors of the same item. If the product is sold out we will not be able to exchange it.
● If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
● We do not offer returns or exchanges for already exchanged items.
